Have you ever tried to walk your dog, only to be confronted by other loose dogs in the neighborhood? Some are just curious, however some Kelly and I have encountered have been aggressive. Kelly, also, is not all too friendly toward other dogs, which is why I keep her on a leash when we walk in the city. It's always a stressful situation, and one that almost led to me give up taking walks--depriving both Kelly and I of healthful exercise.
