Cha-chi, a Chihuahua with a penchant for opera, triumphed Sunday and took first place in the Crooning Canine Competition at Target Music in the Park.The Phoenix Symphony and Target sponsored the free event at Steele Indian Park in Phoenix.
Cha-chi won for his performance of an excerpt from Giuseppe Verdi's "La Traviata."
